Two Springfield business owners face federal indictments for operations involving prostitution

Two Springfield business owners have been indicted by federal officials after being investigated for running operations involving prostitution.

For months, law enforcement conducted an undercover investigation, having multiple conversations with the store owner about his businesses’ illegal practices; the locations were advertised as Asian massage parlors.

If convicted, defendants Gregory Fraase and Jia Liu could face multiple years in prison.

Jia Liu was identified as Fraase’s associate and managed multiple of his establishments.
