A Chatham man is facing multiple firearm and drug charges following a Springfield traffic stop. Marshall Holmes was pulled over Sunday by police in the area of Cook and Pasfield Streets.
Officers observed one round of ammunition on the driver’s seat before recovering a loaded firearm, methamphetamine and heroin in addition to prescription medications.
Holmes was arrested and taken to the Sangamon County Jail.
