The office of Sangamon County Coroner Jim Allmon has confirmed the identity of the victim of a fatal motor accident in Springfield last Friday: 41 year old Chad Dial of Mahomet, Illinois. Dial was pronounced dead at 9:17 P.M. Friday at HSHS St. John’s Hospital, following a collision with another vehicle near Sangamon Avenue and North Dirksen Parkway in Springfield Friday.
The details of the accident are still being investigated by the Springfield Police Department.
