Friday is ribbon cutting day for Twisted Fork, downtown’s newest diner.
The restaurant is located at 400 East Jefferson, inside the historic St. Nicholas Apartments. Twisted Fork has been operating out of a mobile kitchen in pop-up events at George Rank’s on South Sixth Street since the bar’s kitchen closed post-COVID. Downtown Springfield, Inc. is sponsoring the event.
Festivities begin at 3:00 on Friday afternoon.
