Two Springfield individuals were arrested for suspected child abuse on Thursday, August 24.
After a child abuse report was made on August 18, with further evidence seized this past Wednesday, Randy J. Rogers, and Ashley M. Rogers were arrested this past Thursday afternoon on three counts of aggravated battery to a minor under 13.
Both remain incarcerated in Sangamon County Jail at this time.
