Today, I 
had the pleasure of sitting with the US Army. Last year, I was able to spend time with them at the state fair. I thought then that the Army had the coolest set up of all. Well, this year they are upping the game.
Not only will they have a good amount of military vehicles for you to see up close, they are going to again have the rock wall. This is about two or three stories of rock climbing mayhem! Yes… I did make it to the top – twice.
However, new this year, they will have a set of flight simulators. From what I understand these will be virtual reality and put you in the cockpit of a military plane as the pilot. This will be cool for people of all ages.
So when you get to the fair, find the Army. They will show you a good time! They’re located right across from the main Prairie Farms dairy building. If you don’t know where that it, just look for the top of the rock wall jutting upwards!
