There’s a new twist in the race for Chicago mayor.

Opponents are questioning whether one of the frontrunners in this month’s crowded and competitive primary actually lives in the city.

Paul Vallas is registered to vote in Chicago, but has claimed a home in the suburbs as his primary residence on tax documents.

His campaign says Vallas lives in Chicago, but his wife remains in the suburban home to care for elderly parents.
