Both suspects are now in custody in the killing of a police officer in the Kankakee County town of Bradley.
25-year-old Darius Sullivan was apprehended Friday in Indiana. Several hours later, the second suspect, 26-year-old Xandria Harris turned herself in to police in Bradley.
Both are facing charges in the shooting death of Bradley police sergeant Marlene Rittmanic and the wounding of another officer. The officers were investigating a noise complaint at a hotel in Bradley when authorities say the suspects opened fire on them.
