Driver Cited After Vehicle Lands In Creek

No one is hurt, but a driver is facing a slew of citations after her vehicle was found partially submerged in a creek near Rochester Saturday.

Dive teams were called to the scene to make sure that no one was in the water near the overturned vehicle. Police located the driver late Saturday morning at a friend’s house… she told them she had been following the friend and somehow wound up in the creek.

She was uninjured, but received tickets for no valid driver’s license, no valid registration, no insurance, and leaving the scene of an accident.
