The Glenwood Titans advanced to the Class 3A State title game earlier today in Joliet thanks to a 2-1 victory over Washington. Glenwood starting pitcher Parker Detmers tied a class 3A State record with 14 strikeouts in the contest. The Titans now await the winner of the Crystal Lake South vs. Nazareth Academy in the title game. The Championship game is scheduled to be played tomorrow morning at 11:30a in Joliet at Duly Health & Care Field. The game will be streamed at IHSA.org
