Trio of Titans Sign Letters of Intent

It was a big day for a trio of Glenwood Titans football players on Wednesday as the signed letters of intent to continue their football careers in college. As proud family members and coaches stood by Jacob Tedrow signed with Loras College in Dubuque Iowa, Phil Strahle signed with Knox College in Galesburg Illinois, while Ryan Harms signed with Illinois College in Jacksonville Illinois.

Tedrow who played a myriad of positions for the Titans throughout his high school career said he will be focusing on the Tight End position at Loras. When asked about a favorite memory of his playing career Tedrow mentioned the Titans tradition of running down the berm before the kickoff of home games.

Strahle mentioned the discipline instilled in him via the Glenwood football program led him to choose Knox and their pre-law program. Strahle also mentioned the ability to interact and communicate with a wide variety of people as one of the things the Titans program taught him over his 4 years.

All three players were excited to be able to extend their playing career and looked forward to what the next four years will hold.
