29 New ISP Officers Begin Their Patrol Monday

29 new Illinois State Police officers graduated on Friday and will begin their patrols on Monday.

Cadet Class 133 is the 5th cadet class graduation under Governor JB Pritzker, bringing the total of new troopers since 2019 to 264. The Governor congratulated the new officers and thanked them for their commitment to keeping Illinois’ communities safe. ISP also says this recent graduating class is the most diverse in their history.

19 of those cadets will be serving in Downers Grove with the other 10 in Chicago.
