A Springfield man who was already accused of having sexual contact with a minor is now facing additional charges, after Illinois State Police say they located additional victims.
22-year-old Zane Merreighn was arrested back in October on three felony counts after a minor came forward to report a sexual relationship with him. As the investigation continued, police say additional victims came forward, leading to a grand jury indictment this week for three additional felony counts and one misdemeanor against Merreighn.
He remains in the Sangamon County Jail on $250,000 bond.
