The state is still speeding up payment to Taylorville businesses affected by the recent tornado.
Dunn’s Ambulance will get an expedited payment of more than $18,000 from the Illinois Comptroller’s Office. The state is working to accelerate payments owed to Taylorville businesses to help them deal with the impact of the storm. In the meantime, Mid-West Family Broadcasting will be at several locations Saturday to raise money for the Missions for Taylorville fund. We’ll be at Bob Ridings in Taylorville… Casey’s General Store in Taylorville and on Stanford Avenue in Springfield… and in our pop-up downtown studio during the Old Capitol Holiday Walk.
